Southwestern grill; catering, popular Sunday brunch, great Happy Hour
We make everything from scratch. It’s that simple. Fresh ingredients sourced from Texas farms and artisans when possible. Hundreds of fresh ingredients – chiles, cheeses, herbs, spices, countless vegetables, meats, poultry and fish. Why do we go to such effort? Because it tastes better. That's the backbone of our bold and colorful southwestern flavor profile. And our Tequila Bar is based on the same principle - fresh squeezed juices and over 100 premium tequilas. The backbone of a great margarita. We have personally operated the company since we started in 1988. We work with people who are as passionate about good food as we are. We hope you share our passion. Jim & Liz Baron, Founders, Blue Mesa Grill
