How long have you been in business?
Joined real estate in 1980 as an agent, and earned real estate broker's license in 1986
What is your primary product or service?
Selling houses in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.Working with Buyers, Investors and Sellers
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Because we were relocated several times prior to living in Dallas, real estate sales occupied a large part of my life as a young wife and mother. I appreciated the hard work and compassion the different real estate agents offered me. I also appreciated that the industry has no glass ceiling, and is an equal opportunity business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am very specific in accepting a house to sale/lease, and qualify my buyers/tenants to see if we are a good "fit". I primarily work with buyers in the purchase of homes or land to build homes. Because working with buyers/tenants is time intensive, I choose my clients wisely. Many agents work Real Estate from a numbers game: Take as many listings as one can, and work to sell a certain percentage. I work with a specific number of buyers and sellers, and sell/lease nearly 100% of my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from two locations, and no plans to expand

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am an independent contractor, self-employed
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, because what you do to others is also done to you...Golden Rule and Law of Karma. My favorite verse is Psalms 91.
