This is removal procedure?

Mr. Whitfield,
I am a frequent visitor to this facility. On Sunday, July 8th I arrived for a routine visit with several residents. As I arrived, I observed a Laurelland Van pulling up to the front (Main) entry. As I watched in disbelief, the van operator opened the rear door to the van, which appeared to contain other bodies, then wheeled a transportation gurney into the facility.
I immediately found and complained to the supervisor on duty, that it appeared a removal was going to take place at the main door to this facility. There was an air of confusion and nothing was said to the van driver. The body was removed from a side door, then transported past the windows of all residents, and placed into the van at the front/main entry. The photos above were taken from the room of a resident. This was a leisurely, five minute stroll, with an obvious body on a gurney.
While I certainly understand the reality of life, this was a horrific event for any visitor or resident to have to observe. The side door used for the exit should have been where the van was parked, in no circumstances should anyone arriving for a visit have to observe what is indicated in the photos above.
