We have been in business for over 60 years.

This bakery was inherited by my father, Robert Alonzo by his dad. When he retired, he passed it down to his five children.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have specialty bread ranging from conchas, french bread, to teleras for tortas.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
currently we have one but would like to expand to another one or two locations in the future.

West of downtown Dallas between Sylvan Ave and Hampton Rd. Take Continental exit from Hwy 35 going west to Singleton Blvd.

All over the Metroplex. We also have customers from McKinney, Plano, Midlothian, HEB area, DFW.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Current owner is Leo Alonzo. Is run and managed daily by Yolanda Ybarra and Lupe Prewitt.
What are your hours of operation?
Closed Mondays (spring and summer hours)
Tuesday -Thursday - 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 7:00am to 10:00pm.
(tacos, tortas and quesadillas served Friday and Saturday for
6:00pm to 10:00pm)
Sun - 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
