How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Well I feel in to it. I started out working on medical equipment such as wheel chairs and scooters. We bought and sold used medical equipment for a couple of years. Then we took over the elevator and stair lift part of a company that was going out of business and ever since then we have been growing expotentialy for the past four years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are proud members of NARI & HBA. Both organizations have quaility standards that we as a company must adhere to to hold our membership. Also we install and service the equipment we sell with manufacture trained technicians. Another aspect that sets us apart from the rest is that we offer the customer a choice from a wide variety of manufactures and product variations to suit their needs, liking and budget.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations. One in the North Texas area and one in Oklahoma. We like to expand to the East into Louisiana or Arkansas.
