How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to take care of the elderly, an area which is very close to my heart and when the opportunity presented itself, I decided to start this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Taking care of people is close to my heart and I am a patient advocate; accordingly I focus on ensuring that our agency provides every possible care that we can to help improve the patients condition. Also we utilize technology and provide in home PT/INR monitoring, and for our patients who qualify we provide in home tele-monitoring equipment which allows our nurses to monitor the patients vitals and if any parameters are out of limits, we immediately notify the patients physician - note that we are not reimbursed for this service.

Our parent office is in Carrollton, and we also have a branch office in Bonham TX.

9:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday; we have a 24/7 on-call answering service and provide out of hour services to our patients as required.
