How long have you been in business?
We began Dallas Chocolate Fountains Network in 2004 and began using our webpage: http://www.dallaschocolatefountains.net that same year.
2014 was our 10 year anniversary, making us one of the oldest continually operated chocolate fountain businesses in Dallas.
During those 10 years we have served over 700 weddings and events.
What is your primary product or service?
Chocolate Fountains.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We actually had no background in chocolate fountains since they were only invented in the year 1993.
An intuitive feeling told us that chocolate fountains were going to be " the new thing " at weddings and we guessed correctly !
Over the years we have learned the art of chocolate fountain service and the "do's and don't do's" of operating the fountains.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer the best chocolate. Ghirardelli semi-sweet.
In 10 years we have tried every brand of chocolate. They are all fabulous.
We like Ghirardelli semi-sweet the best. It is very sweet and the chocolate flavor is rich and deep. mmmmm.
Our attendants are well trained and in 10 years and 700 plus weddings, we have never gotten a drop of chocolate on any Bride's dress.
That itself sets us apart.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
From our single location, we serve the entire metroplex.
